Former Liverpool loanee Ozan Kabak could be released from his current employers Schalke this summer in order to allow him time to find a new club, amid continued speculation surrounding his future [Liverpool Echo].
Enjoying a profitable spell on loan at the Reds, making 13 appearances as he helped the club qualify for the UEFA Champions League [Transfermarkt].
Earlier in the window, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp reportedly turned down the chance to secure his services for £18 million [Liverpool Echo].
After talks with Crystal Palace fell through, it is now said that he could have his contract in Gelsenkirchen terminated before the end of August due to his high salary.
The Anfield side are not believed to be interested in Kabak, however this hasn’t stopped loads of Liverpool diehards taking to Twitter to voice their desire to snap him up on a free transfer.
