Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter following Thursday’s game between Manchester City and Liverpool to strengthen their claims that Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a better right back than Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Since the pair will most likely compete against each other in the near future for England on the right hand side of defence, much has been made of which player is better than the other. Well, between Liverpool and Crystal Palace fans at least.
However, after Alexander-Arnold was torn apart by Leroy Sane in City’s 2-1 over the Reds on Thursday, Palace fans wasted no time in pointing out the fact that Wan-Bissaka pocketed the winger in the Eagles 3-2 win at the Etihad just before Christmas.
